Electric scooters are becoming increasingly popular among commuters due to their convenience, ease of use, and eco-friendliness. The INOKIM Ox is an exciting new electric scooter that has been making waves in the world of electric scooters since its launch.

This comprehensive review will provide you with all the technical information and specifications you need to know about INOKIM Ox Electric Scooter. From battery life, top speed, and weight capacity to design, features, and accessories – we have covered it all.

Let’s go through each factor one at a time.

Speed, Acceleration & Motors

The INOKIM Ox is equipped with a powerful 800-watt motor that provides a top speed of up to 28 mph (45 km/h). This makes it one of the fastest electric scooters in its class. The motor is located in the rear wheel, providing a smooth and quiet ride.

1. Top Speed Test

During our top speed test, the INOKIM Ox was able to reach a top speed of 27.5 mph (44.3 km/h). This is close to the manufacturer’s stated top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h). As expected, the scooter slowed down slightly after a few minutes.

However, it was still able to maintain a speed of around 25 mph (40 km h), which is fast enough for most riders. Power The INOKIM Ox has a top power output of 800 watts. This makes it one of the most powerful electric scooters in its class.

2. Performance Drop-Off Test

To test the scooter’s performance drop-off, we rode it at maximum speed until the battery ran out. The scooter was able to maintain a top speed of around 25 mph (40 km/h) for the first half of the ride.

As the battery level dropped, the top speed gradually decreased, and the ride became noticeably slower. The scooter was still able to reach a top speed of around 20 mph (32 km/h) even when the battery was almost empty. The drop-off was gradual enough that most riders wouldn’t notice it.

3. Acceleration Tests

The INOKIM Ox has excellent acceleration, thanks to its powerful motor. During our acceleration tests, the scooter was able to go from 0 to 15 mph (24 km/h) in just under 5 seconds. That’s fast enough to leave the rest in the dust especially if you are planning to ride it on a busy road with traffic.

4. Hill Climb Test

We tested the INOKIM Ox on some of the toughest hills that our local area had to offer. With a powerful 800W motor and reliable brakes, it was able to take on every incline with no problems at all.

Even when faced with extremely steep slopes, the scooter provided plenty of torque and acceleration to get up safely without any difficulty. Throughout INOKIM Ox was able to tackle steep hills with ease during our hill climb test. The scooter was able to maintain a speed of around 15 mph (24 km/h).

5. Turning Radius

The INOKIM Ox has a turning radius of 15.5 feet (4.7 m). This means that you will be able to turn on a dime, without having to slow down too much while doing so. This also is a great feature for those looking to ride it in crowded areas, as it means that you will be able to make sharp turns without having to worry too much about hitting other people or objects.

Battery & Range

The INOKIM Ox is powered by a 60-volt lithium-ion battery, which has a total capacity of 624 Wh. The battery is detachable, meaning that you can easily swap it out in case you run out of battery power. The scooter also comes with a standard wall charger which has an average recharge time of around 6 hours.

1. Range Test

During our range test, the scooter was able to travel a distance of 25 miles (40 km) on a single charge. This is slightly less than the manufacturer’s stated range of 28-30 miles, but it’s still an impressive distance for an electric scooter of its class.

2. Range Vs. Price

The INOKIM Ox is one of the more expensive electric scooters on the market, but its long-range capabilities make it a worthwhile investment. The INOKIM Ox offers an impressive range of up to 25 miles per charge. That’s more than enough for an average daily commute and even long-distance trips when needed.

Compared to other scooters in its price range, the INOKIM Ox provides a significantly better range, making it a great option for those who need to travel long distances on a regular basis.

Portability

The INOKIM Ox Electric Scooter is a bit on the heavy side, weighing in at 57 pounds (25 kg). However, it is still relatively portable thanks to its foldable design.

The scooter can be folded down in just a few seconds, making it easy to store in a trunk or carry onto public transportation. This makes it perfect for commuters who need a reliable mode of transportation with no hassle of setup or breakdown. The handlebars and stem can also be adjusted for riders of different heights.

Ride Quality & Suspension

The INOKIM Ox is a highly sought-after electric scooter that has been designed to provide riders with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

It’s perfect for tackling city streets and winding trails, thanks to its durable construction, intuitive handling, and powerful electric motor. But what really sets it apart from other electric scooters on the market is its excellent ride quality and suspension system.

1. Tires

The INOKIM Ox comes equipped with 10″ airless antifriction tires, providing both grip and stability when riding on different terrain types. The tires are also relatively large, which helps to absorb bumps and vibrations on the road.

2. Spring Suspension

The INOKIM Ox has a spring suspension system, which allows you to tackle bumps in the road without feeling too much of a jolt, no matter how rough the terrain may be.

The rear wheel also comes with an adjustable suspension, allowing riders to customize the level of firmness for their individual preferences. The suspension system also helps to keep the scooter stable when riding at high speeds or on uneven surfaces.

Build Quality & Safety

INOKIM Ox

The INOKIM Ox is built with high-quality materials and is designed to be safe and durable. With its robust build quality, top-of-the-line safety features, and long-range battery life, the INOKIM Ox has quickly become one of the most popular electric scooters on the market today.

1. Brakes

The INOKIM Ox is equipped with a front drum brake and rear disc brakes, which provide excellent stopping power even at high speeds. The brakes are easy to operate and provide a quick and smooth stop.

However, the only downside is that considering its hefty price tag, many riders had expected disk brakes on both front and back wheels – something not offered on this model yet. The disc brakes are also low-maintenance and are less prone to wear and tear than traditional brakes.

2. Headlights and Taillight

The INOKIM Ox is equipped with bright LED lights tilted upwards to shine directly at oncoming vehicles. This ensures you have a clear view of the road ahead during nighttime rides, while also ensuring other drivers can see you.

Additionally, it has a red LED tail light that pulses to alert drivers behind you when you slow down or come to a stop. The rear tail light is only located on the right side which is also kind of hard to see from distance. Like always we will recommend adding more lights to this scooter for night commuters.

3. Cockpit

The OX’s cockpit design is one of its standout features. It has a streamlined LCD display that offers all the necessary information you need while traveling, such as speed, battery level, distance traveled, and more.

It comes with a thumb throttle which allows riders to easily adjust their speed without having to take their hands off the handlebars. Moreover, the handlebars are robust and the rubber grips give you that extra comfort on long routes without making your hands cramped.

Overall, the OX’s cockpit provides an uncomplicated yet highly effective riding experience.

4. Dust & Waterproofing

The INOKIM Ox has an IPX4 rating, which means it is resistant to dust and water splashes. This makes it a good option for riders who live in areas with unpredictable weather conditions.

The scooter’s electronics and battery are also protected from the elements, ensuring that the scooter is safe and reliable in various conditions. Keep in mind that this scooter is not completely waterproof and excessive contact with water can actually damage the electronic.

Conclusion

Overall, the INOKIM Ox Electric Scooter is a powerful and reliable option for commuters who need to travel long distances. Its top speed and acceleration are impressive, and its long-range capabilities make it stand out from other electric scooters in its class.

Its adjustable handlebar with ergonomic grips makes it comfortable to ride, while its amazing LED display can be used to track your speed and battery life.

Although it is more expensive than some other options on the market, its performance and range make it a worthwhile investment for those who need a reliable and efficient mode of transportation
